Mrs Fay combined a holiday in Istanbul with cosmetic surgery at a quarter of the price she had been quoted in the UK. The estimate she had been given in London for an eye lid lift and a breast lift was £2,000, but in Turkey, the two operations only cost £500. “After my surgery I could have gone back to my hotel the same day but the operation finished quite late so they let me stay overnight, free of charge, and I left the next morning. I stayed in Istanbul for a further six days and the whole experience was really great. It was very easy to do, and everything was carried out very smoothly so I am going back for more treatments!”
The overall cost for Mrs Fay for her eye lid lift and breast lift, including flights and accommodation was £1500.
