Liposuction
Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body contour by removing excess fat accumulations beneath the skin.
Lipocontouring (tumescent microcanullar liposuction under local anesthesia)
This concept of liposuction is characteried by the size of the cannulas and the ratio of the amount of infiltration solution to removed fat. Lipocontouring uses much finer microcannules and usually twice as much inflitration solution.

A penile implant is usually used when there is a clear medical cause for erectile dysfunction, and when the problem is unlikely to resolve or improve naturally or with other medical treatments. Sometimes a penile prosthesis is implanted during surgery to reconstruct the penis when scarring has caused erections to curve (Peyronie's disease).
